Natalie Iodice

Natalie joined the team at SVS in July 2025 as Practice Manager and previous to this was an Adoption Centre Manager for Cats Protection. Natalie is a Registered Veterinary Nurse, holding an advanced nursing certificate in Emergency and Critical Care and has experience of working in a hospital environment as an Intensive Care Unit Nurse.

Throughout Natalie's clinical career, her interests were focused on the care of critically ill patients and supporting owners throughout that journey. Having worked in large veterinary teams, Natalie is passionate about culture and enjoys the day-to-day challenges of working in a busy environment. 

Natalie became interested in the operational management aspects of veterinary practices whilst managing a large team and completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Veterinary Business Management with the University of Liverpool in 2023 whilst supporting the growth of a busy first opinion veterinary practice.

Natalie has volunteered abroad at wildlife sanctuaries, working closely to care for injured Vervet monkeys and at another releasing sea turtles! Natalie enjoys travelling with her husband, reading, arranging family games days and taking her dogs Daisy and Duke on adventures.
